Welcome to Country Osteopaths

Country Osteopaths was established in 2007 when Amanda Cook moved from London to South Wales to take over an existing cranial osteopathy practice run by her colleague Chris Harris. The practice has grown rapidly since then and Amanda has expanded her clinic from 2 days to the whole week. The main clinic is located in the Newport Clinic of Holistic Health and one day a week there is an osteopathic practice in the Chepstow Natural Health Centre.

Country Osteopaths is a friendly clinic for the whole family treating the babies through to the elderly and for a wide variety of musculoskeletal problems and other conditions.

Our Osteopaths are members of the British Osteopathic Association and registered with The General Osteopathic Council.

Most of the main private health insurers now cover osteopathic treatment. If you have private health cover please check with your insurance company to see if they will pay for all or part of your treatment. Our policy is for you to pay us direct and then reclaim your fees from your insurance company.
